The DVD does have a beginner and golden

I was super excited to la femme nikita dvd hear that Jillian was pounding out another workout DVD before heading into mommy hood. Which I must say I can’t blame her. Being a mom is the best thing that has ever happened to me despite the days the really push my buttons.
She had her FB fans going lie to me dvd bananas asking for ideas as to what the DVD should be like. Kickboxing, pilates, intervals and so on.

I chimed in with a workout to little house on the prairie dvd rival P90X. She already had the Ripped in 30 name so I thought 30 days, 30 minute workouts.

When I finally got my copy I was house md dvd so stoked. I put that baby in the second I got home and I was ready to bring it.

But then… I was a bit disappointed.

For like 5 minutes.

The DVD is VERY similar to hogan's heroes dvd her 30-Day Shred. It has the same workout premise 3-2-1 interval training. 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and a minute of abs for 23 minutes. It’s quick, explosive movements that burn mega calories and fat in a short amount of time.

That’s totally music to my ears.

So, when I say I was disappointed hex dvd for 5 minutes that’s roughly how long the warm-up lasted. Once the easy part was over and she began the Level 1 workout, of which there are 4 total and each workout does not repeat a single move, I was way over it. Disappointment gone and sweat beads on.

The DVD does have a beginner and golden girls dvd advanced exerciser to follow so that if your new to Jillian’s workouts or getting started you can still use this DVD. However, like Jillian says I have 400-500 pound people who do these workouts without modifying and so can you. That’s the whole goal behind this DVD. Start with Level 1, even if you are advanced, and then progress to the next Level when you feel your ready. Consistency is key.
